Review NIKON Microscope 360 Gliding Stage Clips Hardware Unused

Model 2895 gliding stage for Nikon microscopes chrome plated brass with a black anodized top 360 degree continuous rotation 17mm linear movement in any direction outer diameter: 140mm knurled edge clear aperture: 40mm aperture reduction ring inner 27mm the first photo shows installed, fifth it removed. Mounting dovetail diameter: this stage will fit a male with an outer diameter of about mm there are two integral nubs, 120 degrees apart that establish the base position and thumb screw halfway between nubs to lock in position, see photos 3 4. The original grease has thickened from age and lack of use making stage somewhat difficult to move. Its difficult to establish the exact diameter because of bevel and spacing nubs.

Also includes a pair of stage clips, an aperture reducing ring, and thumb screw.

This includes pick-up when offered. I cleaned out some of the old grease and replaced it with a lighter weight.
