1 - Zeiss ACHROSTIGMAT 40X/0.65 /0.17 440150. Includes the following objectives: 1 - Zeiss ACHROSTIGMAT 10X/0.25 /- 440130. 1 - Zeiss ACHROSTIGMAT 20X/0.45 /0.17 440140. I do not have a microscope to test this in but did look at the lens close up with an eyepiece and there were no cracks.

I'm not a microscope dealer or expert. The lens may need to be cleaned.
