Used for Gel Doc, photo microscopy, etc. I personally used and maintained this camera. The framegrabber is appropriate for older OSes like Windows 20 NT, Win9x. I have much software that can provide with this unit, including a TWAIN driver, and the original drivers from PhotoMetrics Roper Scientific.
