I cannot say that it is complete, but can has both the fermentation vessel and outboard motor turns it, don't see any of other offerings here have. The biol should have all info filled out when I receive it, blank copies are unacceptable.

Powers up as you can see and I was able to speed the agitator from an initial setting of 150 250, presumably rpm, then back down 100 results were visually obvious. M1228 if you submit an offer do so knowing that cannot return it. Otherwise untested, sold as is, and no warranty is offered.
