The retractable spring loaded front end is fully functional and not stuck. 75 dic m upon close inspection of the glass, there appears to be no scratches marks and there is no haze when looking through the objective pointed at a bright light by eye. Items included are Nikon plan fluor 40x dic m wd. The photos are of the actual item you are buying on.

Condition excellent this item was previously used lightly and may show a few minor signs of cosmetic wear such as light scratches nicks on the objective barrel please see the pictures.

The objective was also tested on a Nikon microscope and produced a clean and crisp image. Everything you see in the photos is included. 72 microscope objective. There appears to be no traces of lens oil or mounting media on the objective.
