Optics appear clear and in very good shape. It is missing the 6 volt 10 watt tungsten bulb for the pointer. My microscope is not included with this item. One picture shows it mounted on my bhs microscope.
This multi viewing attachment is very clean cosmetically with very little sign of wear.
