The plate is made with a very hard plastic material. The plate has threaded inserts on the bottom for mounting with a spacing of 70mm thread size unknown and threaded inserts with a spacing of 32mm on top for mounting a x y slide positioning stage. The plate weights approximately 260 grams. You are buying on a used, but excellent condition, stage plate for a Swift M3200 compound microscope.
The stage plate includes two slide clips, 5 aperture diaphragm disc and bottom lighting condenser lens. The plate measures about 120 x 114 x 12. Although the photos show the plate as gray, the actual color is black with a matte finish on top.
